Play the video below if you would prefer to see how to do this.
The easiest way to build a Pathway is to add the required items to your basket.
You can do this while browsing activities in Find Learning, or Administrators can also use Content Manager.
Click on the Add to Basket button next to each Activity. Keep repeating until you have added all of the all of the Activities.
You can include other Pathways in the Pathway you are building (Pathway in a Pathway), as well as individual Activities such as documents, eLearning, videos or Assessments.
Once you've selected the item and it has been added to your basket, the button will turn grey. Looking at the example above, the second and third courses have been added to the basket but the first one has been excluded.
You will see the total number of items in brackets on the Basket tab in the top right of your screen. Click on the Basket tab.
You will be taken to the basket screen where you can review the items in your basket before registering or saving your Pathway.
If you need to remove a single activity from the basket, click the bin icon next to that Activity.
Alternatively, click the Clear Selection link to remove all Activities.
Administrators also have the option to Add a Diagnostic Assessment and/or Add a Pathway Assessment.
Adding a Diagnostic Assessment to your Pathway means that Users will be asked a number of questions relating to the Activities in the Pathway. If they pass the Assessment for those Activities, they will be Exempt from completing them.

Adding a Pathway Assessment to your Pathway means that Users will be given a final Assessment, allowing you to test the User's knowledge.

When you are happy with your Pathway, click on the Save Pathway button near the bottom of the screen.
Give the Pathway a name in the popup box.
Click on Save Pathway.
You will be taken in to Common Tasks area for the Pathway where you can choose to Add activities, Add users, Set reminder emails or Go to details.
Choosing Go to details will allow you to enter a Description, Objectives and choose a Theme (if applicable).
We would recommend that you do add a Description to your Pathway so that Users know what it is about if they view it in Find Learning or their My Activities area.
