Only applicable to users who access the LMS via a login page. Not applicable to single sign-on or Workspace customers.
Users can reset their own password via the login page of the Unicorn LMS.
To reset the password as an administrator, first locate the user and click on their username to enter the administration area.
Scroll down the page to the Actions toolbox.
Click on Reset Password.
Click on Submit in the popup window.
The user will receive an email with instructions for resetting their password.
If the user has entered an incorrect password more than 5 times, you will need to unlock the user's account.
