Only applicable if your users access the LMS via a login page or use Gamebrain. Not applicable to single sign-on or Workspace customers.
Users can reset their own password via the login page of the LMS or Gamebrain app.
Reset a User's password as an administrator
Navigate to Organisation and Users in the LMS via the Menu
Search for the User and click on their username. If you need further guidance on how to do this please see the View Users guide.
Scroll down the page to the Actions toolbox.
Click on Reset Password.
Click on Submit in the popup window.
The User will receive an email with instructions for resetting their password.
If the User has entered an incorrect password more than 5 times, you will need to unlock the User's account.
