Update the Document Details in the administration area
No matter which option you chose, once the file has been uploaded, you will be taken to the administration area for the Activity.
Click on the Details tab.
You can amend the name of the Activity if you need, along with adding a Description, Code and Objectives.
We would recommend that you add a Description so that users know what the activity is before they look at it.
At the bottom of the Details tab, you have a number of different Options.
This option is only available for web based or .pdf documents and will open the document in a new browser window.
This enables the user to be able to download a copy of the document to save locally on their computer.
Selecting the Download only option will change the Register me button to a Download button in Find Learning.
|Disable Time Tracking||
As documents can be easily left open in the background, time tracking for document activities can be inaccurate. In addition, some documents are incompatible with time tracking. It is recommended to tick the Disable Time Tracking box for Document activities.
