Navigate to Content Manager from the Menu and click on Create tab.
You now have the option to drag and drop the video/audio file, browse for it or use the Video/Audio file button to navigate to the file on your computer.

Open up a file explorer window and drag the file from it into the LMS drag and drop area while it is in the background, as shown below.
The file will be displayed in the drag and drop area.
Click on View.
Browse for the file
Click on the browse link within the drag and drop area.
Navigate to the file on your computer and click on Open.
The file will be uploaded to the drag and drop area.
Click on View.
Navigate to the file
Click on the Video/Audio file button.
Click on File and then click Next.
Choose the File button to upload a video or audio file stored locally on your computer or network, or choose Link to link to a YouTube or Wistia video. If you have a Wistia account, you can use the Wistia button to upload a video to your Wistia account while simultaneously creating the activity within the LMS linking to it. Your video will be hosted in Wistia and streamed from there appropriate to the end user's bandwidth.
Follow the onscreen instructions according to the option you chose in the above step.
Updating the Activity via the administration area
No matter which option you choose, once the file has been uploaded, you will be taken to the administration area for the Activity.
Click on the Details tab.
From here, you can:
- Enter a Name, Code, Description and any Objectives for the Activity (these details, except the code, will be displayed to the User when browsing activities in Find Learning or viewing the information for the Activity in My Activities. It can help inform the User about the Activity before registering onto or launching it)
- Input the Duration (highlighted above) of the video/audio Activity. This is recommended so that Users can correctly allocate enough time to watch or listen to the Activity.
The media playback dimension fields represent the size of the launch window and should be populated automatically when the file is uploaded.
