Once you have an Event set up in an Event Programme, you can add the next Event by copying the existing Event and amending the details, such as the date and time.
Go to the administration area for your Event (see View an Individual Event if you're unsure how to do this).
Scroll down the screen until you see the Toolbox.
Click on Copy Event.
Add the details for your new Event, such as date and time, within the Clone Options step.
Choose which options should be copied using the Clone Options checkboxes near the bottom of the page. For example, if the new event has different instructors, untick the Copy instructors checkbox.
Click on Next.
Confirm that the details you have entered for your Event are correct (you can click on the Previous button if they aren't).
Click on Finish.
You will be taken to the new Event's administration area where you can make further changes, such as add Users, set up Email Reminders, etc.
