Navigate to the Menu and click onto Reports.
A list of predefined Reports that are available to all Administrators and Line Managers will be displayed, as shown below, unless you have set up any favourite Reports, in which case these will displayed instead.
Types of Report
There are two types of Reports that can be generated.
Tabular Reports are indicated by a table icon.
Below is an example of what the report may look like.
A Chart Report is indicated by a bar chart icon.
When it is run, it will give you a high-level, graphical view of the data.
Types of views
The current View can be changed by clicking on the View drop-down menu.
All Reports |
Gives you access to all of the Reports you have access to. For example, a User will only have a limited number of Reports that they can run about themselves whereas an Administrator will be able to see all Reports, including any that they have created. |
Favourite Reports |
If you set a Report as a favourite, it will appear in this list (see also Set a Report as a favourite). Please note that once you have set one or more Reports as a favourite, your favourite Reports will be the default view whenever you go to the Reports page. |
Reports Created by Me | Refines the list down to Reports that you have created or edited only. |
Reports About Me |
Allows you to run Reports about yourself. Please note that this is the default set of Reports for a user. |
Information about a Report
No matter which view you are in, clicking the Info link next to any of the Reports will provide you with details of when it was created, the data source that was used and the Categories it has been tagged to.
In addition, although the description for each Report is displayed next to its name, you can click on the More link to read its full description.
Report emails
If a Report has been scheduled to be sent as a regular email, this will be displayed next to the Report in the Schedule column. Alternatively, you can click on the None link to create a New Scheduled Email.
Edit a Report
To edit a Report that you have previously created or that you have permission to edit, click on the Edit button.
Filter Reports by category
If the Reports list is too long, you can use the Audience Categories links on the left-hand side to filter the results or Search for a Report by name.
