The default profile icon is your initials against a coloured background. It is possible to upload an image file, representing the individual, to replace the default icon. This can be done by the User, Line Manager or Administrator. This guide explains how a User replaces the profile icon.
Once you have added a profile picture to the LMS, it will appear throughout the site when representing you. For example, against any discussions you have posted or contributed to or when a Line Manager is viewing the My Staff or My Team Activity area.
Click on the icon in the top right-hand corner of the Unicorn LMS which will appear before your name.You will be presented with the About information window. Here you can change your image and write a brief bio about yourself.
You can also navigate to the About tab when viewing your profile after clicking on your Name.
Click on Change photo.
Navigate to the file on your computer in the pop-up window.
Click Open. This will upload the photo to the LMS.
Click on Save Changes.
