The Documents area of a User's profile enables Administrators to upload training-related documentation for that individual. Click on the Menu and choose Organisation and Users.
Search for the User by name. Click on the Username. Click on the Documents tab menu on the left.
Click on the Upload New Document button.Within the popup window, give the file a name and description. Click on the Choose File button and navigate to the file on your computer. Please note that you can only upload a .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx or .tif file. Click on OK.The Document will now be uploaded to the User's profile.When the User views their profile, they will be able to view the Document by clicking on its link.
