The Documents tab of a User's profile allows Administrators to upload training-related documentation for that individual.
Navigate to Organisation and Users via the Menu.
Click on the Users tab and search for the User you are looking for.
Click on the Username.
Click on the Documents tab menu on the left.
Click on the Upload New Document button.
Within the popup window, give the file a name and description. Click on the Choose File button and navigate to the file on your computer. Please note that you can only upload a .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx or .tif file.
Click OK. The Document will now be uploaded to the User's profile.
When the User views their profile, they will be able to download the Document by clicking on its name.
