Navigate to the Menu and click on Site Settings.
Click on the Available Features link near the top of the page.
Click on the Responsibilities Map option.
Note: If you cannot see the Responsibilities Map option in Available Features, it means that the feature has already been enabled and you will find it in Manage Features instead. You will not need to complete any of the below steps. Go straight to the Edit the Responsibilities Map guide.
Take a moment to read through the overview and click on Next.
Enter the name of your legal entity.
Click on either Banking, Insurance or Other Financial Services, depending on which financial sector best describes your Organisation.
Click on Next.
Click on the Firm Type option that applies to your Organisation. In the example below, we clicked on Banking as our financial sector so the screenshot below shows the banking types that are available for us to choose from. This pre-filters the categories you are presented with when your map is set up.
Click on Next.
Review your configuration and click on Get Started to save the details. You do have the ability to change your firm type later if needed.
You will now have the option to Take A Tour by clicking on the button within the popup window that appears.
The tour will provide you with an interactive guide that walks you through the different areas of the Responsibilities Map and how to edit it. See the Take the Tour guide if you would like an overview of how it works.
We would recommend that you take the tour before setting up the map.
Once you have completed the tour, you will be able to start creating your Responsibilities Map and save it as a draft until everyone in the map has accepted their responsibilities, at which point you will be able to set it Live.
To begin editing your Responsibilities Map, see Edit or add a Category to the Responsibilities Map guide.
