The Qualifications feature within the Unicorn LMS is a useful way to capture what professional qualifications and examinations a User has attained or is working towards. This information can then be reported on to provide visibility of who holds which qualifications across your Organisation.
Super Administrators can create the Qualifications, define the awarding body and qualification level, within the LMS.
Once created, Users, Line Managers and Administrators can add the Qualification to a User's profile, stating whether they are studying towards it or have already passed.
The Qualifications Plan Portlet can be added to a User's home page which the User can use to self-register onto a qualification and work through the study plan.
