The Job Roles feature within the Unicorn LMS allows Super Administrators to create job profiles and Administrators can assign them to Users when viewing their profile in the Organisation & Users area.
Users can access their Job Role from their profile at any point to see the associated roles and responsibilities within your Organisation, which can be useful when completing appraisal forms or annual reviews.
Only Super Administrators can create Job Role profiles and assign to multiple users at once. However, both Line Managers and Administrators can assign a Job Role to a user on an individual basis when viewing a User's profile.
