To assign a User to a Category, click on the Edit button near the top of the page.
A list of pre-filtered Categories related to your sector and firm type is displayed on the left hand side. The standard people picker is displayed to the right.
Use the filters and/or search box to find the required Category. Use the people picker to search for a User.
Simply drag and drop the User you'd like to assign next to the relevant Category.
Repeat this step to assign more Users. See the guide Assign more than one User to a Category for further guidance.
To specify whether they will be allocated to the position on a permanent basis or are caretaking, click on the three dots menu to the right of the person's name and click on Edit .
Choose Permanent or Caretaker from the Allocation dropdown.
Use the Personal Statement box to detail which elements of the role the person is responsible for.
Enter a date the allocation of role will be effective from in the Effective Date box or leave blank if effective immediately.
Click Save.
Remove Users from a Category
Click on the three dots menu next to the User's name and click Remove.
View assigned Categories by Person
You can check which Categories you have assigned to your Users by clicking on the Person tab.
Note: The Role column will be populated with the User's Job Title as entered in the Employment Details tab of the User's profile.
