Online invoicing is only available to clients who have eCommerce enabled on their LMS. If you would like to enable eCommerce on your site, please discuss this with your Customer Success Manager.
Administrators and Super Administrators are able to view payments and download PDF invoices for those transactions across an Organisation Unit.
From the Organisation and Users area, click on the Organisation Unit you wish to view.
Click the Invoices tab.
Here you will be able to view all payments made within that Organisation Unit. You can filter transactions by their status and by date range, and also search for a specific user, mandate reference or invoice/credit number if you have those details. Click on the three dots menu next to the payment and click Details.
The Transaction Details will load in a new window. Here you can see the name of the activity, payment type, payment status, and price breakdown.
Click Invoice to view the invoice for the transaction.
