In the Additional Information tab of a User's profile you will be able to see any Personal Custom Fields which have been created relevant for your Organisation to record additional data about the User which is not part of our default configuration.
The fields you find in here are specific to your organisation and will, therefore, look different to the examples given in the image below. There may not be any fields at all if the current configuration captures all the information about your users that you require.
Enter the relevant data for the individual and then click on Save.
This tab works in conjunction with the Change Log tab. Any amendments to the Additional Information tab will be shown on the Change Log tab detailing the date Changed On, which Field, the new Value and who it was Changed By.
