The Email tool within Site Settings allows Super Administrators to view the emails that are sent from the LMS.
To find this tool click on the Menu and then Site Settings. While viewing the Manage Features tab, click on the Email tile.
Once in the page you can see any email that have been sent from the LMS, and help troubleshoot if there were any issues with emails not being received by your Users. You can also see when an email was created, who it was addressed to, the subject and the Send Status.
It will also allow you to view the details and body of email and resend it if required.
Click View to see further details about the email. Click to view body allows you to view the body of the email.
Use the filters at the top of the page to easily search for an email. You can filter by Date, Type, To Address, Subject and Send Status.
The table below lists the different Sent Statuses that you may see:
|Pending||The email is in the queue to be sent, but it has not gone yet. If there are a lot of emails in the queue, this could take a while, it would be worth checking back later.|
|User Opted Out||The email would have sent to this User, but they opted out of receiving emails from the LMS. They can opt back in by going into their profile and unticking 'Disable Email Notifications'.|
|Email Not Configured||The email would have sent, but your LMS configuration is turned off for this type of email.|
|Test email||This email was sent by someone creating an email reminder, by clicking on Send Test.|
|Invalid Email Template||The email that was due to be sent out had an invalid template. If you see this and want more information, contact Unicorn Help to investigate.|
|Failed to Send||The email has not been sent from the LMS. Contact Unicorn Help to investigate why this email has failed to send.|
|Sent||The email was successfully sent.|
