If you are using eCommerce on your site, you can configure various settings about your paid for Activities and invoices.
Navigate to the Finance area via the Menu and click on the Settings tab.
At the top of the page, you can specify:
- How many months (1-24) paid Activities will be available to the User for after purchase
- Whether progress should automatically be reset on paid Activities after purchase or re-purchase
- In the scenario that an Activity is purchased, completed, and then purchased again, you can set a number of days by which to limit the completion status resetting.
Further down the page, customise your invoices by uploading a logo and adding the organisation address and VAT registration number.
You can also specify a footer and any other information you wish to display on the invoice. These fields are optional.
Click Save to apply any changes to future invoices.
