Users can purchase Activities which have prices set against them in Find Learning.
Search for the Activity and click Register Me.
You will be taken to the Payment Wizard. Step 1 of the wizard provides a summary of the Activity you are purchasing and the price breakdown. If you wish to continue, click Next.
In Step 2, select the payment method by clicking on the appropriate card. Depending on how your eCommerce functionality has been setup, you may not have all of these options.
Each payment method is explained in the help text underneath the cards.
In this example, we will select pay by invoice. Complete the billing address fields.
Next, enter a promotional/voucher code if you have one, and click Verify and Apply.
If the code is valid, the text Valid code will appear and the discount will be applied in the price breakdown at the bottom of the page. If the code is invalid, the text Invalid code! will appear and no discount will be applied.
Lastly, you will see a confirmation of the purchase, including the User's name, the Activity name, and price breakdown.
Click Confirm. Depending on your chosen payment method, you may then be taken to an additional payment screen (i.e. to make a payment by debit/credit card). For invoices, you will be taken to a summary screen:
Click Finish.
The Activity will now appear in the User's My Activities, with the words [Pending Payment] beneath the title until payment has been processed. The User will not be able to launch the Activity until the payment has been processed.
