You can add images to your Pages to make them more visually engaging. You can also use images as links to external websites or other places within your LMS, or as a way for the User to download a document when clicked.
The image must first be uploaded to the Page. See this guide for instructions on how to do this.
Next, we need to obtain the URL of where the file is stored in the LMS. To do this, hover over the Attachments dropdown menu and right click on the file you want to use. Then, click Copy link address.
Now you can add the image to the Page. In the Page editor, click the Insert/edit image button in the editing ribbon.
In the popup window, paste the file URL into the Source field.
You can also set the Image description (alt text), Image Title (hover text) and edit the Dimensions of the image to change the size.
Click Ok to add the image to the Page. The image will now appear in the Page editor.
You can resize the image within the editor by clicking on it then using the square resizing handles on each corner to drag smaller or larger.
