You can remove a Line Manager or Reporting Line Relationship from both the User's profile and Manager's profile.
From the User's profile
Navigate to Organisation and Users via the Menu.
Click on the Users tab.
Locate the User that you need to amend the Line Manager or Reporting Line Relationship for by searching for them in the search box or locating them in the list of Users.
Click on their Username.
In the Common Tasks area of the User's Profile, click on Set Line Manager or click on the Reporting Lines tab on the left-hand side.

To remove a Line Manager or Reporting Line Relationship for the User, click on the cross next to the Manager listed in People Managing User Name.
A popup warning will appear. Check the details and then click Confirm.
From the Manager's profile
Navigate to Organisation and Users via the Menu.
Click on the Users tab.
Locate the Manager that you need to amend the Line Manager or Reporting Line Relationship for by searching for them in the search box or locating them in the list of Users.
Click on their Username.
In the Common Tasks area of the User's Profile, click on Set Line Manager or click on the Reporting Lines tab on the left-hand side.

To remove a Direct Report or Reporting Line Relationship for the Manager, click on the cross next to the User listed in People reporting to Manager Name.
A popup warning will appear. Check the details and then click Confirm.
