Existing Super Administrators can grant Super Administrator privileges to other Users. This is done in the Groups area of the LMS, accessed via the Menu:
Note: we recommend that careful consideration is given to the number of Super Administrators you have on your LMS at any one time. Super Administrators have much greater control over the LMS than a standard Administrator, in that they will be able to affect site configuration at a global level.
Locate the Super Administrator User Group in the list of groups, using either the Search function or by moving through the pages.
Click on the name of the group.
In the Toolbox, click Add explicit user.
In the popup box, search for your User and click the radio button next to their name. Then click Add.
The User will now appear in the list of explicitly added Users.
Click the next to the User's name to remove them from the group.
