User Groups can be set as the Owners of, or Contributor to, a stage in the workflow of a Form Template. As a Form progresses through a workflow, the Owners and Contributors are notified via email that the Form is awaiting their attention.
As User Groups generally contain a number of users, it would not make sense for every member of the group to receive these email notifications. Super Administrators can set an email address for the User Group. This email address will be notified when a Form has reached a workflow stage owned by the User Group. This might be a centralised mailbox, or a nominated person in the User Group who will be responsible for managing Forms.
Navigate to Groups via the Menu.
Search for the desired User Group using the search box or by moving through the pages. Click on the name of the group.
Click on the Group Settings tab.
Enter the email address you would like to receive notifications into the box.
Click Save.
This email address will be notified when a Form has progressed to a workflow Stage owned by the User Group.
