Users ,Line Managers and Administrators can view a User's form completion history in the Performance tab of a User's profile.
As a User
Navigate to your profile by clicking on your name in the top right of your page.
Note: Workspace users can access their profile from the Menu.
Click on the Performance tab.
As a Manager
Managers can view a member of their team's profile wherever they see their name or username as a hyperlink (examples include in the My Team Activity portlet or reports) but the easiest way is to navigate to My Team from the Menu.
Click on the card for the user you wish to view.
As an Administrator
Navigate to Organisation and Users from the Menu.
Click on the Users tab and search for the User you wish to view. Click on their Username to view their profile.
Click on the Performance tab.
In the Current Forms section the User will see the latest forms that are in progress or have been completed. You will only see a form here once it has been initiated (launched for the first time). To initiate a new form, a User should access the form from My Activities and a Manager should access the form from My Team Activity. When a User initiates a new form using the same form template, the latest form will appear in the Current Forms section and the previous form will move to Previous Forms.
In the Previous Forms section you will be able to view or print historic forms that were completed prior to any in the Current Forms section.
Note: the name displayed will be the Form Template name which may be different from the Form activity name.
Click on the arrow in the Status column to display who created the form and when, as well as the last action carried out on the form. The wording you will see here will be determined by the name the stage is given in the workflow tab of the Form Template. In the below example, the form has been submitted to Part Two of the workflow.
Managers and Users can view or print forms from here (assuming the ability for the User or Manager to view the submitted form hasn't been disabled in the form template).
Click on View to view the form in the LMS. If the form is currently in a stage that you can complete then you will be able to edit and submit as required. If the form is at the stage of another owner within the workflow then you will be taken to a non-editable version of the form in the LMS.
Click on Print to view a .pdf version of the form which you can then print.
