The schedule tool can be used in a Pathway to give a due date to each individual Activity within it. This is useful for Pathways of Activities which need to be completed over a longer period of time, like over the course of a year.
You will be taken to the Common Tasks area. Click on the Activities tab.
Click the Schedule dropdown menu.
Select whether you want to set Specific Dates or Relative Dates from the dropdown field. Specific Dates means that everyone registered to the Pathway will be working towards the same due dates. Relative Dates means that the registered Users may have different due dates as it will be determined by when they are registered on to the activity.
Click the empty box next to the Activity to open the date picker. Change the month, year and then select the day to set the Due Date.
Set a date for each activity. The date against the last Activity will become the End Date for the Pathway. If a Due Date for an Activity is changed to be after the End Date, this will automatically change to reflect this.
Note: If Do not register activities when due date is in the past. is ticked and any user registered to the Pathway after a Due Date has passed will not get that activity as part of the Pathway. If unticked the user will be registered to all Activities regardless of the Activity Due Dates.
Select the number and date range using the dropdowns. Each activity will have a due date relative to the date the User is registered on to the Pathway.
The Due In date will be populated with the latest Due Date time frame, but can be manually set if needed.
