You can import a list of Users to quickly register them to an Event, or to record their attendance status after the Event has taken place.
Navigate to the Event (see view an individual Event if you're unsure how to do this).
Click on the Users tab.
Click Import Attendance.
Upload a .CSV file containing the list of Users you wish to be marked as having attended the Event. Click See example of csv file format to download an example template.
Open the .CSV file. Complete Column A by entering the Users' usernames.
Save the file. In the LMS, click Choose file and select the .CSV file.
Click Next.
Review the list of Users. Click Finish to proceed.
You will be taken back to the Users tab, where your imported Users will now show in the registration list. Their attendance status will show as Attended.
Note: If any of the Users you import were already registered to the Event, but were marked as Not Attended, updating their attendance using this method will change their status to Attended.
