Navigate to Access Cases and login to your account.
If you do not already have an account click on Not a member?
Fill in the form and click Register. For Your Company Name please add the name of your company as it appears on your Access Account.
You'll receive an email acknowledging your registration accompanied by an on-screen message.
Once this is complete, you'll receive an email stating that your account is ready to use. You won't be able to use your account until this has arrived. It can take up to 24 hours, but is normally around 1-2 hours.
If you already have an account, or, once you have received your log in confirmation, enter your login details and click Login.
Click on Cases.
Click on New Case.
Select the product you wish to raise a case for.
Fill in the case form and click Submit.
Your case will be raised to the Support Team. A confirmation message with your Case Number will be displayed on screen.
You can view your cases in My Cases.
