If you have created a Webinar on the LMS, you will need to launch it from the activity. Follow the Create a Webinar guide if you do not already have a Webinar set up.
Navigate to Content Manager via the Menu.
Search for the name of the Webinar Activity.
Click Launch. You can also click on the name of the Webinar to be taken to the administration area.
In the Common Tasks click the Details tab.
If the Launch button is greyed out, you will need to wait until at least 15 minutes before the Webinar is due to begin.
The button will become available within 15 minutes of the start of the webinar. Click Launch.
Click Join Webinar.
A new tab will open and the Webinar will launch in WebEx.
