This guide applies to the following Access LMS Mobile Apps:
Follow the App specific guides to learn how to enable the App for your Organisation.
How you roll out Mobile Apps to your employees depends on whether your Users also have access to the Access LMS or whether they will only access the App.
If your Users also have access to the Access LMS (whether via Workspace or not) and they use a Username and Password, they can use the same credentials to log in to the App.
If Users access the Access LMS via single sign-on (SSO) (excluding Workspace as the User's Workspace credentials work as above), you can set up an activity introducing the App and attach a 'welcome' email reminder providing them with their Username in the email and invite them to create their own password.
If your Users will only be accessing the App and not the LMS, Administrators can create the User accounts on the LMS or you can simply ask your Users to create their own account directly within the App. This is the simplest and recommended approach.
You will need to provide your Users with an Access Code or Pass Code. The format will vary depending what App you are using. The App specific guide will confirm the format for the App you are rolling out.
