You can grant impersonation rights to other Workspace users which will allow them to access your account from the login screen, without knowing your password. This is useful in troubleshooting situations.
The User impersonating will have access to any Workspace apps used by the person they are impersonating.
Whilst logged in to Workspace, click on your name in the top-right hand corner and click My Account.
Click the Impersonations tab.
Click the toggle switch to enable Impersonation.
Enter the email address of the user you want to be able to access your account.
Choose when you want the impersonation access to expire - the options range from 15 minutes to never.
Click Add.
Once added, the user with impersonation rights will be listed, along with when their access will expire. You can add more users by following the steps above.
Remove the user's impersonation rights by clicking the x.
You can also disable impersonation entirely by clicking the toggle switch again.
When the user with impersonation rights logs into their Workspace account, they will be presented with the option to login to their own account, or the other account(s) they have access to.
