To view a Registration Rule you have created, locate the Activity or Pathway it is associated with and go into the administration area (see find content in Find Learning or Content Manager).
Click on the Users tab on the left-hand side.
Any Registration Rules already set up will be linked at the bottom of the screen (underneath the list of Users).
Before a Registration Rule runs, it will show as Pending, as shown in the screenshot below.
Once it has run, it can be rescheduled if needed, whereas a recurring rule can be edited, for example to change how often it runs. The below image shows both types of rules.
Reschedule a Registration Rule
Click on the Reschedule link next to the Registration Rule and you will be taken to the Registration Rules wizard.
You can now edit any of the criteria and the schedule in the same way that you did when you set the rule up. Doing this effectively creates a new Registration Rule incorporating your amendments which will replace the previous rule.
Please note that anyone registered when the previous rule was run will not be affected.
Edit a Registration Rule
Click on the Edit link next to the Registration Rule and you will be taken to the Registration Rules wizard.
You can now edit any of the criteria and the schedule in the same way that you did when you set the rule up.
Any amendments to the rule will take effect immediately, which could impact anyone who may be already registered according to the original rule.
Ensure that you have considered carefully the implications of editing the rule before clicking on Finish.
