You can do several administrative tasks via the Users tab of an example, such as cancelling or exempting users and setting or amending due dates.
Locate the Activity you need to manage Users on and go into its administration area (see find content in Content Manager or Find Learning if you're unsure how to do this).
Click on the Users tab on the left-hand side.
Any Users who are already registered to the Activity will be displayed.
You now have 3 ways in which you can find the Users you'd like to manage.
Search for a User
Type the User's name into the search by name box at the top of the page.
Press the Enter key on your keyboard to find them.
Filter by completion status
Click on the Any Status dropdown menu at the top of the page to filter users by Not Attempted, Incomplete, Not Attempted or Incomplete or Completed statuses.
Only Users with that status, if applicable, will now be displayed.
Filter by registration status
Click on the Registered dropdown menu to filter users by Registered, Pending Approval or Cancelled statuses.
Only Users with that status, if applicable, will now be displayed.
Manage Users
Tick the box next to a User's name (you can also select multiple Users if you need to by ticking the boxes next to their names, select all Users on the page, or select all Users registered to the Activity).
Note: If your intention is to manage ALL registered Users, make sure you click Select all items.
This will allow you to select the Actions dropdown menu, giving you the option to:
- Set Due Date
- Cancel the registration
- Set Exemption
- Reset Status (back to Not Attempted)
- Publish Changes
- Apply CPD Cap
