Delegate management allows for a second manager to oversee a Line Managers direct reports. This is useful for supporting Line Managers during periods of absence or if they have shared staff responsibilities.
The Delegate Manager can view their delegate reports alongside their direct reports in the My Team Activity dashboard and My Staff page.
The Delegate Manager will need to have the System Role of Line Manager to view the My Team Activity and My Staff pages. They must also have All Reports reporting scope.
The Delegate Manager will need to proactively review these pages to monitor progress as they do not receive copies of any email reminders or automatic system emails that are sent to a User's usual Line Manager.
