You have been appointed as an Administrator for your LMS, but what does that mean?
The best way to become familiar with the tools available to you as an Administrator is to complete the Administrator Accreditation Pathway on your LMS. If you don't think you have access to this on your LMS, please contact your CSM or our Support team who can enable it for you. If you are just starting your journey with the Access LMS then your SDM will enable it for you as part of your onboarding.
We have also put together a selection of guides and videos to help onboard you with your new LMS. There may be a couple of differences to managing your users if you access the LMS within Workspace. Where there is a difference we have indicated below.

|Create your Organisation hierarchy (this guide is not applicable for Workspace customers, these are created in Workspace and will automatically appear in the LMS)|
|Add new User accounts directly within your LMS or, if you are a Workspace customer, Create a User Account via Access Workspace|
