Navigate to Organisation and Users via the Menu.
Click on the Users tab.
Locate the User by searching for them in the search box or locating them in the list of Users.
Click on their Username to be taken to the administration area.
Click on the CPD Log tab.
Click on the Add Adjustment button.
The Add Adjustment popup window will be displayed:
The mandatory fields within the popup are marked with a red asterisk. Complete as appropriate with:
- The reason for the Adjustment
- Whether it is an increase or decrease to the scheme requirement
- Any supporting notes (optional)
- The hours/minutes to be increased or decreased (pro-rated)
- When the pro-rata Adjustment is applicable from.
Click on Add.
The CPD Adjustment will be listed and the CPD requirement updated to reflect the change.
