Navigate to the Menu and click on Organisation and Users.
Click on the Users tab on the left-hand side.
Search for the User by typing their name into the Search Users box and clicking on the magnifying glass.
Click on the Username.
Click on the CPD Log tab on the left-hand side.
Click on the Add Adjustment button.
The Add Adjustment popup window will be displayed:
The mandatory fields within the popup are marked with a red asterisk. Complete as appropriate with:
- The reason for the Adjustment
- Whether it is an increase or decrease to the scheme requirement
- Any supporting notes (optional)
- The hours/minutes to be increased or decreased (pro-rated)
- When the pro-rata Adjustment is applicable from.
Click on Add.
The CPD Adjustment will be listed and the CPD requirement updated to reflect the change.
