To set a Responsibilities Map live, each user assigned to a Category needs to review and confirm their acceptance.
Click on the Changes tab at the top of the Responsibilities Map. This shows a list of Users that need to confirm their acceptance. The changes reflect the difference between this version and the current live version.
Click on the Request Acceptance button on the right-hand side.
Check the confirmation page and click on Confirm.
The Responsibilities Map will now show as Pending.
There are two ways a User can accept their responsibilities - online and offline.
When all Users have accepted their responsibilities, you will be able to publish the Responsibilities Map.
