This video shows you how to access and run the default Unicorn Reports on your LMS.
Everyone has access to Reports.
At a minimum, Users will have access to their own Reports and as a User, you can navigate to Reports via the Menu and run 'Individual User Reports' on 'My Activity Completion Status' or 'My Assessment Results'.
As a Line Manager, you can navigate to Reports via the Menu and have access to no less than fourteen manager Reports.
You can run Reports on your personal activity or run them on your staff. Who you will see in those Reports depends on your Reporting Scope.
Finally, as an Administrator you can navigate to Reports from the Menu or from the link within the Common Tasks Portlet where you’ll see the pre-designed range of Reports.
Administrators can also create new Reports, which other Administrators can view. If you want other Administrators to be able to edit the Reports, you must give them permission.
