Mandatory Training categories can be used to tag Activities as being related to specific types (or categories) of mandatory training, for example Health and Safety or Compliance. Using this feature will allow you to track your Users' progress through any mandatory training by pulling this data into forms and running reports.
Super Administrators can enable and manage Mandatory Training categories in Site Settings.
Navigate to the Menu and click on Site Settings.
If you are enabling the feature for the first time, click on the AVAILABLE FEATURES tab and then click Mandatory Training. After enabling the feature, it will be found in the MANAGE FEATURES tab.
Click the on/off toggle switch and click Save to enable Mandatory Training.
