Once you have set up a Qualification in the LMS, you can create a Study Plan for use in the Qualifications Portlet.
Study Plans are comprised of Pathways that a User will need to work through to complete their Qualification. An expiry date can be set on the Qualification by adding a Certificate to the Pathway, with an Valid till date. Please follow this guide if you need help on setting up a Certificate.
Navigate to Menu and click on Qualifications.
Click on the Qualification you want to set up the Study Plan for.
Click on the Study Plans tab.
Click New Study Plan.
Select the Pathway that you want the User to work through.
Note: If you only add one Pathway, when the User renews they will be reset on this one Pathway. If you add more that one Pathway, on each renewal the User will be registered onto the next Pathway in the Study Plan until the last Pathway.
To reorder, you can drag and drop items in the list.
Once a Qualification has a Study Plan associated with it, Users who have the Qualifications Portlet will be able to register themselves to it and start working through it.
