Super Administrators can create System Roles in Site Settings. These roles are in addition to the default System Roles available. See our guide What are System Roles to find out more about these default roles.
The System Roles created by Super Administrators can be used to record additional reporting lines and relationships between Users in the User profile. For example, you could create a T&C Manager System Role and then set a relationship between the T&C Manager and the Users they supervise.
The T&C Manager System Role can then be made an owner of a stage in your Fit and Proper Test form workflow. This means a form can be passed to them at the appropriate stage for them to complete and progress through the workflow.
The following video explains how to create System Roles.

Once you've created the required System Roles and allocated them to the appropriate Users, you need to set the reporting lines and relationships between Users.
