This guide is only applicable for users who access the LMS via Access Workspace. If you are not a Workspace user the Archive a User's account guide will show you how to archive users from the LMS.
Once logged in to Workspace, click on to go open the Members section in a new tab.
This will display all of your Workspace Users.
Search for the User you want to archive using the search field.
Click the 3-dot menu in the top right corner of the User's card and click Manage Roles.
Click on the Learning dropdown and select No Access. Click Save Changes.
Click Apply in the confirmation window.
You may briefly see a progress dial while the role is archived.
Once finished a confirmation window will show 1 member's role has been removed for Learning (the LMS). Click Close.
The User will be archived from the LMS. They will no longer be able to log in or access their learning.
When searching for the User on the LMS, remember to search for Archived or All Users.
