The LMS comes with a help page which all Users can access by clicking Help next to their username:
Below is an example of how the Help Page might look.
Super Administrators can customise the Help Page in Site Settings.
Note: If you access the LMS via Workspace and have the Help page enabled, you will be able to access it via the Menu.
Navigate to Site Settings via the Menu.
Click on the Help Page tile in the Manage Features tab.
You can edit the text of the three boxes on the Help Page, as well as the button text and link destinations.
Leave the Box Button Text and Box Link fields blank if you don't want to use a button for a particular box.
When you've finished making changes, click Save. It may take up to one minute for the changes to be applied to your site.
FAQ style Help Page
The above is the default style of Help Page. Alternatively, it is possible to have an FAQ style Help Page, as shown below:
This is a useful way to deflect queries from your Users before they reach the Administrator as you can preempt the most common questions.
If you would like to discuss having this style of Help Page created for your LMS, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
